Valencia Community College
Johnson- Laux was the CM at risk for this renovation of approximately 20,000SF of an existing first floor, sprinkled building. The program included administration offices, student/staff consultation areas, assessment testing center, campus security office suite and collaboration rooms
Multiple Projects – Savannah Technical College – Savannah, GA
Johnson-Laux was the CM at risk for this contract consisting of multiple task orders primarily including renovations to the barbering and cosmetology department. The scope of work covered demolition to shell conditions and reconstruction including plumbing and HVAC relocation, complete new electrical package include energy efficient lighting and controls, a number of specialty finishes.
Florida Technical College – Osceola Square Mall – Kissimmee, FL
The project consisted of an interior build- out of a 60,000 SF space to a mixed use trade school. Space includes offices, culinary prep areas, beauty salon, HVAC/electrical technical labs, cosmetology, and day care.
Multiple Projects – Camden County Schools – Camden County, GA
Johnson-Laux provided new curb, gutter, storm drainage and paving at 4 schools. Our firm worked with a lighting consultant to provide and install LED bulbs and fixtures across 9 schools. Over 11,000 total fixtures installed or retrofit.
