Rooted in the deepest levels of Johnson-Laux’s core management is its commitment to customer service, which is the driving principle of a construction management relationship. Our involvement from the earliest stages of design through the final closeout of construction ensures that your expectations are fully realized. This approach provides checks and balances for each team member, enabling important decisions to be made and programmed early.
The key element to a successful construction manager is effective planning. Early involvement in the preconstruction phase allows Johnson-Laux to establish project controls at the beginning of design development, addressing all issues that affect the constructability, cost, and schedule of a project. Value management is offered throughout the project providing optimum value and quality.
As the project transitions into construction, our staff moves with the project. Knowledge from the preconstruction phase is transferred to actions in the field. At this point in the project, no one knows the details better than the construction team, who, through pre-construction activities, have been instrumental in each step and major decision along the way.
Every project is unique. Our in-house Risk Management department provides our on-site teams with customized safety management information. We also utilize additional safety vendors occasionally to perform safety inspections and offering a critical eye for construction hazards.
